All of our dishes are homemade from the freshest ingredients. We
source our products from local suppliers, using the finest quality
fish and meat. Home grown vegetables and herbs are used
whenever possible. Here is a small sample of some of the dishes
that we prepare.
Main Courses
Meltingly tender Moroccan lamb tagine with apricots and coriander
Salmon served on a spicy red pepper marmalade with a coriander and
crème fraiche raita
Slow roasted Tuscan pork with fennel
Chicken breasts stuffed with spicy tomato tapenade served on a bed
of couscous with Mediterranean roasted vegetables
